(On the other hand, it means my yearly "oh God, the season finale is going to give me rickets" freakout is a tradition and not just a one-off. Yay?)

It's sort of the same thing as last year, in that Kat gave an interview that said one of the main characters dies before the end of the season. Which, again, they do that every year, but HOW ABOUT I NOT HAVE RICKETS EVERY YEAR, SHOW, JFC.

(Not Alaric, not Bonnie. Not killing either Salvatore or Elena. I--oh my God, I don't even know. I DON'T WANT ANYONE DEAD. AAAAAAAAAAGH THIS SHOW.)
