So around episode 7, we meet Lucy, "a mysterious hipster with a fun swagger".

Okay. Here is my rule about new characters on TVD: I am allowed to bitch about them on the internet prior to the ep airing, because one of two things will happen:

1) He or she will turn out to be awesome; OR
2) he or she will be dead before the episode is over.

Very rarely, we get the unwritten 3) Both of the above--hi, Bree! Hi, Lexi!--but not a lot.

But for real, like this chick being a hipster is not bad enough, she has "a fun swagger"? You know what's more fun than swagger? MEREDITH GODDAMN SULEZ. GET ON THAT, SHOW.

I want to see Meredith. And/or Bonnie not becoming one note 'ALL VAMPIRES MUST DIE (BUT DAMON FIRST)' because variety and nuance is good. (And can include hate!sex)

OH GOD I WOULD PAY MONEY IF LUCY TURNS OUT TO BE A DOUCHEY HIPSTER WEREWOLF, THE SHOW IS LACKING IN THOSE (and I'm not actually being facetious on that).

And yes I have seen the deleted scenes! WHICH ONE WOULD YOU LIKE TO DISCUSS? BECAUSE I THINK AS A FANDOM, WE SHOULD TALK ABOUT THE STUPID WEBISODES AND HOW I CAN'T STOP CALLING STEFAN "STEFAN SALVATORE" EVERY TIME I MENTION HIM.
